Diogo Duarte Campos and João Ilhão Moreira write articles for Volume III of Estudos de Contratação Pública

Diogo Duarte de Campos, a senior associate at PLMJ’s Oporto office and João Ilhão Moreira, a trainee lawyer at the firm, are the authors of two articles that have appeared in Volume III of the well respected Estudos de Contratação Pública or Public Procurement Studies from the Pedro Costa Gonçalves organisation.

Diogo Duarte de Campos’ study is entitled “Institutional Public-Private Partnerships and double (triple) competition”, while João Ilhão Moreira’s is called “Cartelisation in public procurement – the exclusion of proposals liable to distort competition”.
