Energy – Ana Oliveira Rocha finishes her LLM in Energy in Scotland

Ana Oliveira Rocha, PLMJ Associate with the Firm’s Corporate Area of Practice and a member of the Energy and Natural Resources Practice Team, concluded recently her one year 2007/2008 LLM in ”Energy Law and Policy” at the Center for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) in Dundee, University of Scotland, UK, a main worldwide Center for the Energy area of expertise.

The legal formation within the LLM included Petroleum, Natural Gas and Electricity, in upstream and downstream, covering  not only the different international Legal Frameworks and Policies in the energy sector but also a great part of the origin and particular contratual mechanisms of the same sector, thus  permiting to endow PLMJ with an added value in terms of Projects in the area of Energy.
