PLMJ Network partners in Angola and Mozambique recognised in the IFLR 1000 rankings

The IFLR 1000 rankings for 2016 also feature two firms that are members of PLMJ Network. They are GLA in Angola and TTA in Mozambique, and both these firms have consistently seen their most recent activity in these countries recognised in the IFLR rankings.

GLA - Gabinete Legal Angola rises to Tier 2 in the category of advising on operations in the oil and gas sector. It also remains in Tier 2 for financial and corporate, and for infrastructure. PLMJ’s partner in Angola also sees two of its lawyers ranked as Rising Stars: João Bravo da Costa, a senior associate at the PLMJ Angola Desk, and Renata Valenti, an international senior associate at GLA.

In turn, the Mozambican firm, TTA, wins recognition for its head Tomás Timbane as a leader in the areas of M&A, energy and infrastructure, banking, and project development. TTA maintains the same position in the rankings as last year: Tier 3 in the areas of energy and infrastructure, and financial and corporate.
