Another article from Senior Associate Joaquim Shearman de Macedo a  PLMJ Lawyer working for the Firm’s litigation and arbitration team, published in the newspaper “Oje”.

Entitled ”What is CIRDI Arbitration”, the article refers to the Seminar which was held the past 19^th of October at the University of Lisbon Law School organized by the Portuguese Arbitration Association and to the importance to arbitration in general of the arbitration regarding investment international disputes, the object of the Conference.
