José Miguel Júdice writes opinion article on arbitration for Jornal i

José Miguel Júdice, the head of PLMJ Arbitration, has written an opinion article for the newspaper Jornal i on arbitration, “a highly specialised form of dispute resolution that is very different from going to court”. In the article, Júdice also talks about the Coimbra International Arbitration Meetings. This year’s edition will take place from Thursday to Saturday this week.
