Lawyers from PLMJ’s Oporto office write opinion article for Vida Económica on the ‘Revitalise Programme’

Lawyers from PLMJ’s Oporto office -  Tomás Pessanha (partner), Diogo Duarte Campos (senior associate) and Catarina Figueiredo Rodrigues (associate) have written an opinion article on “The Revitalise Programme and the State” for the weekly Vida Económica. The article focuses on the programme launched by the Government to give companies an alternative to insolvency. According to the PLMJ specialists, who have analysed the new corporate recovery and insolvency legislation, there are still a number of legislative mechanisms that guarantee the operation of the programme that are not yet available.
