Luís Sáragga Leal in Iberian Lawyer

Luís Sáragga Leal, PLMJ’s managing partner, spoke to the renowned magazine Iberian Lawyer, about the slow down in the volume of business in Portugal and in Europe and the need for Iberian businesses to explore new opportunities in foreign markets.

Sáragga Leal drew attention to the fact that some Portuguese law firms are setting up in new markets, probably for the wrong reasons and without properly evaluating the risks involved. He added that the reason for doing this should not simply be to compensate for a temporary loss of income in Portugal as a result of the current crisis.
