Luis Sáragga Leal interviewed by the portuguese legal magazine" Vida Judiciária"

In his capacity as President of the Portuguese Law firms Institute, Luis Sáragga Leal, PLMJ Lawyer, Senior partner and Founder gave an interview to the portuguese legal magazine "Vida Judiciária" published in its July /August issue.

This interview, greatly outstanded in this edition, covers various subjects ranging from the law firms dimension to their corporate experience passing through the innovations which were brought along by the portuguese Law Firms New Regime.

The adaptation to the ever - increasing competition demands emerging from a globalized economy and from the liberalization of the rendering of services, deriving, by its turn, from the liberty on the setting up of establishments imposed by the EU Law, were some other realities which were pointed out during the interview. Also referred was the capacity to adapt and the role to be played by law firms in face of the new paradigms emerged from globalization.
