Madalena Perestrelo de Oliveira, a PLMJ of counsel in the capital markets practice, will speak at the 1st Law of Guarantees Seminal organised by the Centre for Private Law Research (Centro de Investigação de Direito Privado – CIDP) of the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon. The seminar will take place on Thursday, 19 November.
