Manuel Lopes Rocha attends at the first plenary Meeting of the competent Czechoslovakian Arbitration Court for the decisions within the scope of the “.eu” domain.

The first Meeting gathering the great majority of the arbitrators who compose the Czech Arbitration Court with competency for the decisions arising from the” .eu” domain disputes ( the first regional specific domain)  took place in Prague the past 21st of March.

Manuel Lopes Rocha, PLMJ Equity Partner and Head of the Firm’s IP, Trademarks and Patents Department, attended the event as one of the three portuguese arbitrators who integrate this Court.
