Maria João Mata speaks about pro bono work in the middle of a crisis.

PLMJ senior associate Maria João Mata spoke to the newspaper Jornal de Notícias for an article on pro bono work in law firms in Portugal. Mata is a member of PLMJ’s pro bono committee and says the future looks a little bleak but that this year will see more work in comparison with last year even though PLMJ has only taken on one new client to join those it already works with on a pro bono basis.
