Nuno Líbano Monteiro Chairs Insolvency Session at the IBA

Nuno Líbano Monteiro, partner and coordinator of PLMJ’s litigation practice area was the co-organiser together with Cecília Mairal (Argentina) of the session on restructuring and insolvency on the theme of “the role of governments in intervention in and recovery of companies” which took place on the first day of the IBA conference in Madrid.

The session featured the following guests: António Fernandéz Rodriguez, Luigi Macchi di Cellere, Sally MacDonald Henry, Tim Pharoah, Oscar Melendez and David Smith of the Bank of England who made an excellent contribution to the proceedings.
