Nuno Líbano Monteiro comments on the increase in the number of insolvencies in Portugal.

Nuno Líbano Monteiro, the PLMJ partner who coordinates the firms restructuring and insolvency team, spoke to the newspaper Vida Económica and pointed out that “commercial companies with limited liability are also considered to be insolvent when their debts clearly exceed their assets”.
