Nuno Líbano Monteiro elected president of Portuguese association of litigation lawyers

Nuno Líbano Monteiro, senior partner in the Dispute Resolution practice, has been elected president of the Portuguese association of litigation lawyers (Círculo de Advogados de Contencioso).

The ceremony took place on 10 April at the offices of the law firm SRS. The main purpose of this association is to promote reflection, debate and dissemination of issues relating to civil and commercial litigation from a legal, social and economic perspective. Its overall objective is to contribute to the improvement of the justice system.
