PLMJ partner Nuno Líbano Monteiro, a specialist in litigation, is to speak at the workshop on economic justice on 13 May at the Lisbon Commercial Association. The initiative organised with the support of the Francisco Manuel dos Santos Foundation will address topics related to the slowness of the Portuguese courts and the ways to resolve the problem. Nuno Líbano Monteiro will speak at the 13 May session on “Enforcement Action, out of court means and recovery of VAT”.
