An opinion article by Pedro Melo and Diogo Duarte Campos, respectively partner and senior associate in PLMJ’s public law practice area, has been published in the newspaper Público. The article is on public-private partnerships and the two lawyers point out that it is not the model adapted in Portugal for PPPs itself that is wrong, but rather what is needed is for it to be used on a Portuguese “scale”.
