PLMJ Foundation supports the launch of the book Avenida da Liberdade by historian Maria João de Figueiroa Rego

The PLMJ Foundation is supporting the publication and launch of Maria João de Figueiroa Rego's book entitled “Avenida da Liberdade”. The launch is taking place tomorrow, 18 November at 6:30 PM at Cinema S. Jorge in Lisbon. The book is dedicated to the history, the curiosities, the people the statutes along with everything else associated with Avenida da Liberdade since the earliest beginnings of this emblematic Lisbon avenue. 

The book by historian Maria João de Figueiroa Rego contains references to the sculpture by Rui Chafes that the PLMJ Foundation donated to the city of Lisbon in 2007. The last part of the book explains the important role played by the PLMJ Foundation in the world of culture in Portugal and includes the motto "A law firm as a space for culture".
