PLMJ partner, Manuel Lopes Rocha, speaks at International Congress on Lusophone Law

PLMJ TMT - Telecoms, Media and Technology - partner, Manuel Lopes Rocha is to take part in the International Congress on Lusophone Law, organised by the University of the Minho law school as part of its 20^th anniversary celebrations. The PLMJ lawyer will take part in the session set for 21 February to discuss topics related to the digital economy and the law. Manuel Lopes Rocha’s contribution will address the issues raised by recent court decision recent ACT SJ no. 15/2013.

The congress will take place over four days at the University of the Minho (19 to 22 February).
