Tiago Duarte has just been added to the list of top Portuguese public procurement lawyers in the international directory Who's Who Legal 2012 in its public procurement rankings. Specialising in researching leading lawyers in each country, Who's Who Legal considers the PLMJ partner to be a leader in the field of public procurement. Tiago Duarte is a partner in PLMJ’s public law and international arbitration practice. Besides his activities as lawyer, Tiago Duarte is also a professor at Universidade Nova in Lisbon, teaching constitutional and administrative law. He is also responsible for the public contracts module in the University’s master in law and management.
