PLMJ senior associate Pedro Barosa speaks to Expresso about the weekend prison scheme

Pedro Barosa, a senior associate from PLMJ's criminal law practice, has spoken to the weekly Portuguese newspaper Expresso about the growth of the "weekend prison scheme", which is already used for 509 Portuguese citizens.
