Pedro Barosa, a senior associate from PLMJ's criminal law practice, has written an opinion article for the Portuguese newspaper Público about the sexual abuse of minors entitled "Caring for the children". "Very often the offender is sentenced and catches a taxi home", explains Pedro Barosa.
