PLMJ's advice on the Greenvolt IPO named deal of thee quarter by TTR

PLMJ advised the joint global coordinators, BNP Paribas and CaixaBank, on the IPO launched by Greenvolt and Transactional Track Record (TTR) named this operation deal ofthe third quarter of 2021 in the M&A report for that period published a few days ago.

PLMJ's provided legal support through a multidisciplinary team coordinated by Raquel Azevedo (partner in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practice) and João Marques Mendes (co-head partner in the Energy practice). The team also included André Figueiredo (head partner in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practice) and associates Rui Vasconcelos Pinto (Public Law), Alexandre Norinho de Oliveira (Capital Markets), Sara Asseiceiro (Capital Markets), Dinis Tracana (Tax) and Francisca Resende Gomes (Capital Markets).
