Paulo  Farinha Alves, PLMJ Partner, with the Firm’s Litigation Practice and a specialist in Transports Law, following an invitation of the portuguese magazine “Auto Hoje” makes his comments on the proximate forth coming revision of the Code.

According to Paulo Farinha Alves, the “puzzle” this Code has turned into following sucessive revisions, is one of the reasons for the expiry of many “driving offence” actions fearing that another revision shall constitute on more “numb phase” of the law.
