Speaking to the weekly newspaper Expresso Paulo Farinha Alves, comments on the fact that the ex-directors of BPP have been charged with criminal bankruptcy. The PLMJ partner from the firm’s litigation practice is a lawyer in the case and promises that a defence will be presented to the charges.
