Ricardo Oliveira in interviewed by Diário Económico on the activity of the new Competition Court

Ricardo Oliveira, a PLMJ partner specialising in competition law spoke to the newspaper Diário Económico, about the excessive number of cases that the Competition, Regulation and Supervision Court has to handle. The head of PLMJ’s competition team emphasised the great difficulty in dealing with all the offences committed in the area of competition and regulation in the banking and capital markets sector.
