Ricardo Oliveira in the Global Competition Review 4th of July Edition

PLMJ Partner and Member of the Firm’s  EU Law and Competition Area of Practice Ricardo Oliveira sees his declarations to the reputed magazine Global Competition Review published subsequent to the ones proffered by Portugal’s Competition Authority in the sense that there is no evidence that portuguese fuel companies are engaged in a “price fixing cartel behavior”.
