Ricardo Oliveira takes part in Iberian Lawyer roundtable on European law and competition

The topics on the table will include: (i) the changes over the past year in the areas of antitrust and competition in the European Union as well as the changes planned for the near future; (ii) the changes to investigations and the application of procedures of the regulatory bodies; and (iii) the ability of clients to take advantage of the opportunities to restructure or capitalise in face of the crisis. The roundtable will also look at clients’ current concerns in these areas.
