Tiago Duarte comments on the constitutionality of the new tax measures in the 2013 State Budget in newspaper Diário Económico

PLMJ partner Tiago Duarte, who specialises in constitutional law, commented on the possible prior review of the constitutionality of the 2013 State Budget. According to Tiago Duarte "this review could jeopardise the entry into force of the 2013 State Budget on 1 January 2013".
