Tiago Duarte speaks to Público about the Constitutional Court’s decision on the cut in Christmas subsidies

Tiago Duarte, a partner in PLMJ’s public and constitutional law practice, considers that if the Constitutional Court has to pass any further judgment on the cut in Christmas subsidies, it will be difficult for it to change its opinion. The constitutional law specialist expects that administrative and tax courts will apply the rule “as it was applied by the Constitutional Court", in other words, with effect from 1 January 2013.
