Tiago Duarte warns bout the lack of alternatives for the Government in face of the possible veto by the Constitutional Court of the system of reclassification of civil servants

If the Constitutional Court overturns the legislation on reclassification of civil servants, as an alternative the President of the Republican may send the bill back to Parliament to prepare new legislation. Faced with this scenario and speaking to the newspaper Diário Económico, Tiago Duarte, a PLMJ partner and expert in constitutional law who specialises in public law, warns that the Government is "is starting to run out of alternatives".
