Diogo Duarte de Campos participates in the preparatory works of the Civil Process Appeals Reform

Diogo Duarte Campos, PLMJ Associate working for the Firm’s Oporto Department, participated on the elaboration of the communication which was presented by the Coimbra University Law School (under the coordination of Doctor Jorge Sinde Monteiro) on November 2005, within the scope of the national public debate on the Civil Process Appeals System Reform.

The mentioned communication  shall be shortly published integrating  the preparatory works conducive to the Civil Process Appeals Reform determined by Decree- Law 303/2007 of August the 24th and to enter into force the 1^st of January 2008.
