PLMJ partner Filipe Abecassis and senior associate, Diogo Duarte Campos, from the firm’s public law practice, have written an article on “The new rules for awarding public contracts in Portugal”. The article is for an edition of Construction Law International on public procurement published by the IBA. The article also makes reference to PLMJ partner José Miguel Júdice, a member of the ICP.
