PLMJ partner Nuno Líbano Monteiro coordinates the firm’s litigation practice as well as the insolvency and restructuring team. In an interview with PLMJ’s annual review PLMJ, he explains that restructuring is a real alternative to insolvency for companies: "We will continue to seek innovative solutions to avoid bankruptcy and to restructure more Portuguese companies in 2011".
