Luis Pais Antunes speaks to Público about conciliatory dismissal

PLMJ partner, Luis Pais Antunes, has spoken to the newspaper Público about the Socialist Party’s proposal in relation to conciliatory dismissal.  He says that “this happens every day and in every company. If the proposal is only to formalise the conciliatory procedure, the practical impact will be very small”.
