Luís Sáragga Leal was the Keynote Speaker at the China Outbound Investments – Legal Security Forum in Beijing where he presented Portugal as a Competitive Platform for Investments in Portuguese Language Countries

PLMJ founding partner Luís Sáragga Leal, who currently heads the PLMJ international projects team, was keynote speaker at the event “China Outbound Investments – Legal Security Forum”, organised by Dacheng Law Offices and Fudan University Law School. One of the topics under discussion was the privileged and strategic position of Portugal as a competitive platform for investments in Portuguese language and this topic was presented by Luis Sáragga Leal.
