Luís Sáragga quoted by the Diário Económico on publicity and on the secret of justice

Luis Sáragga Leal, PLMJ Senior Partner and Founder, is one of the lawyers who comments, in declarations to the Diário Económico, the great themes to preside the VI Lawyers Congress which shall take place in Vilamoura,  the  next 19th of November

Commenting on publicity and on the  secret of justice, Luis Sáragga Leal refers that the principles that determine the latter are  acceptable but criticizes the way it is constantly violated, thus turning the rule perverted and  weakening the protection of innocent people and the own investigation.

In what publicity is concerned, Dr Sáragga Leal declares that, in spite of not being in favor of a lack of limits, he defends the  conciliation of principles with the demands  of a  global market
