Manuel Lopes Rocha and Tiago Duarte participate in Public Law Seminars

Manuel Lopes Rocha PLMJ Equity Partner and Head of the Firm’s IP, Trademark and Patent Law Department and Tiago Duarte Senior Associate and a member of the Firm’s Public Law Department were invited to participate as speakers in the Seminar which was held the past 29^th of July, in Matosinhos, regarding the Public Contracts New Code and the Electronic Public Purchases Platform in a joint organization of the Matosinhos Town Hall and Vortal.

Manuel Lopes Rocha participated  later, on the 3^rd of July, in another Seminar on the same subject organized by Vortal and the Portugal’s Enterprises Association.
