Manuel Lopes Rocha in the portuguese newspaper “1º de Janeiro”

Last August the Oporto’s newspaper 1º de Janeiro included in its “Reports” section under the title “The Security Culture” Manuel Lopes Rocha's declarations on Informatic Criminality.

Manuel Lopes Rocha, PLMJ Equity Partner and Head of the Firm’s IP, Trademark and Patent Law Department, member of the Information Technology Law Group Europe and having integrated the Portuguese Bar Association Legislation Committee for the Information Technology and E- Commerce area, defended  that the current Informatic Criminality Law should be reformed and that  a Commission for the “cyber -crime” problem should be created within the Ministry of Justice
