Manuel Lopes Rocha moderates debate at the National Forum on Electronic Invoicing.

Manuel Lopes Rocha, a partner from PLMJ’s TMT practice, is the moderator for the debate on the ‘Implementation of Electronic Invoicing in Portugal: Challenges and Opportunities for the State, Companies and Consumers’ as part of the National Forum on Electronic Invoicing on 28 November, at the Portuguese Communication Foundation in Lisbon.
