Manuel Lopes Rocha participates on a program of the RTP2 channel

Manuel Lopes Rocha, PLMJ Equity Partner heading the IP, Trademarks and Patents Law Department participated, last Saturday  the 4th of August at 9.15pm on the program “Transparent Society” which integrates one of the programs transmitted by this TV channel on the theme “Indisciplinas” (Indiscipline in English).

Manuel Lopes Rocha,  spoke about “Privacy“ namely on the legal issues related to this matter such as, among others, law boundaries, difficulty on the application of the law and lack of means for this purpose.
