Manuel Lopes Rocha speaks to TSF on wire taps on YouTube

Speaking to TSF, Manuel Lopes Rocha, a partner from PLMJ’s intellectual property practice area, says that he doesn’t see the point of sending a formal letter of request to the US authorities on the other side of the Atlantic. Rocha believes that a direct request to YouTube to remove illegal content generally produces much faster results.
