Marta Costa author of an article published in a joint legal publication in Italy

Marta Costa, PLMJ Associate with the Firm’s IT and Telecoms Area of Practice, is one of the authors of  a joint legal publication in Italy entitled “Libertà di coscienza e diversità di appartenenza religiosa nell’Est Europa (Religious freedom and diversity of religious belongings in the West of Europe)” with her own study in italian on the “Forme di convivenza affettiva e diritti della persona nei paesi dell’Est Europa( Forms of affective relationship and people’s rights  in  Europe’s western countries)”.

The publication, which counts with the contributions of distinguished Scholars from various countries is supervised by Professor Giovanni Cimbalo of the University of Bologna Law school  and by his Assistant, Federica Botti, following a prior Conference in 2007 at the University of Bologna dedicated to the same theme.
