Nuno Líbano Monteiro comments on the future for restructuring ands insolvency in Iberian Lawyer.

PLMJ partner, Nuno Líbano Monteiro, head of the litigation, restructuring and insolvency practice area says there is a constant flow of work related to restructuring and insolvency and, in his opinion this trend will “increase on 2011”. Speaking to Iberian Lawyer, Nuno Líbano Monteiro also said that "the prevention of conflicts will be a priority" in the immediate future.
