Nuno Líbano Monteiro interviewed by the Público on Alternative Means of Dispute Resolution

Nuno Líbano Monteiro, PLMJ Senior Partner Head of the Firm’s Litigation and Arbitration area of practice was interviewed by the portuguese newspaper “Público on alternative means of dispute resolution.

According to this Lawyer, his own professional experience has led him to the conclusion that, in face of the slowness and costs of the current portuguese judicial system, the recourse to alternative means is a necessity being Mediation and Arbitration the alternative resolution means which offer greater advantages.
