Nuno Líbano Monteiro is guest of the IBA conference on restructuring and insolvency in Paris

PLMJ partner Nuno Líbano Monteiro is a guest at the 17^th conference on Global Insolvency and Restructuring. The meeting is in Paris and brings together specialists from across the world for three days of debate on a number of legislative and regulatory issues. The PLMJ partner is the coordinator of the litigation practice area and the restructuring and insolvency team and will take part in this meeting as moderator of one of the panels. This panel will discuss insolvency of financial institutions on 24 May. The meeting is organised and promoted by International Bar Association.
