Nuno Líbano Monteiro speaks to newspaper Diário Económico and looks at the change in the number of pending claims

PLMJ partner Nuno Líbano Monteiro, head of PLMJ’s restructuring and insolvency team, considers that the decline in the number of pending enforcement actions "is not extensive", but believes that, when the application of the new regulation on legal costs, which has been in force since March, is analysed, the results may be more significant.
