Opinion article on intellectual property by Manuel Lopes Rocha is published in Advocatus

Manuel Lopes Rocha, the partner who heads PLMJ’s intellectual property team  has written an opinion article for Advocatus where he points out that the current state of intellectual property, which has always tended towards being depressed, witness a cycle of two normal tears before plunging back into worrying territory.

For this specialist the intended reform will replicate the situation of strangulation of the commercial courts by extending itself to the casuistry of copyright with which our civil courts are dealing very well in general.
