PLMJ Foundation organises first collective art exhibition in Mozambique

The PLMJ Foundation is organising an exhibition entitled “Lusophone artists in the PLMJ Foundation Collection”, which will showcase the works of a number of artists from Portuguese-speaking countries.

The selection of the works of art has been corrected by João Silvério and features a rich and diverse collection of modern art from the Portuguese-speaking world.

The artist represented in the exhibition are: Filipa César (Portugal), Celestino Mudaulane (Mozambique), Délio Jasse (Angola), Eugénia Mussa (Mozambique), Filipe Branquinho (Mozambique), Francisco Vidal (Angola), Gonçalo Mabunda (Mozambique), Jorge Días (Mozambique), Kiluanji Kia Henda (Angola), Maimuna Adam (Mozambique), Mário Macilau (Mozambique), Nú Barreto (Guinea-Bissau), Rosana Ricalde (Brazil), René Tavares (São Tomé), Yonamine (Angola), Abraão Vicente (Cabo Verde), André Cepeda (Portugal) and Rui Calçada Bastos (Portugal).

The exhibition will take place at the Camões Portuguese cultural centre in Maputo. It begins on 15 November and will continue until 23 December.
