Nuno Líbano Monteiro, the PLMJ partner who coordinates the firm’s restructuring and insolvency practice, is in favour of creating specialised courts to hear large economic cases. According to the PLMJ specialist, who was speaking to the newspaper Diário Económico, there are complex litigation cases that would be more at home in a specialised court.
