Pedro Lomba and Joaquim Sherman de Macedo, PLMJ Senior Associates with the Firm’s Public Law and Litigation -Arbitration Areas of Practice, respectively,  are the authors of the article on  “The  abuse of confidence tax crime within the new Tax Infractions General Regime”.

Pedro Lomba is currently at the Florence European Institute preparing his Doctorate in Public Law.
